Songs and music played in the matrimonies of Jatav are generally in languages like Hindi, Rajathani, Braj and Punjabi, due to the prominence of these languages in the Jatav community.
Every community of India is different from the other in terms of their regional and traditional practises and so are Jatavs. They enjoy their individuality in the Indian society with their lingual and dress up variation. Significant numbers of renowned personalities from Jatav community have helped in making India proud. Some of them are Kailash Kher, Dev Anand, Mayavati, etc. Thus, like every other caste, Jatavs also form an integral part of the Indian culture, adding to the fame and name of the country.
